How do I add an image to my blog?
The
Formatting Guide shows the code for including an image in your journal. It also lists shortcuts for linking to user names, forum posts, pictures and so forth.
Do subscribers get special features?
Yes! Subscribers are automatically invited to a special "subscribers only" chat, every month. You also get graphics in your journal, larger graphical signatures, and custom user tags. For a full list of all the features, check out the Subscription page (Menu tray > Get a Subscription).
What is the monthly subscriber only chat?
On the last Sunday of every month, the Community Director and other Napalm team members host a subscriber-only chat. This is a chance for subscribers to hear first-hand news about upcoming features, special subscription benefits, and other juicy tidbits of information. It's also your chance to ask questions, make suggestions, and otherwise give real feedback on Napalm.

How do I turn off my advertisements?
Only subscribers can turn the adverts off. This can be done by selecting the "My Preferences" link in the Menu tray, and selecting No from the Show Ads dropdown.
If you this doesn't seem to work, try clearing your cache and refreshing the pages. To do this on Firefox, open the “Tools” menu and select “Clear Private Data” then choose “Cache”.
I want to change the color of my Real-Time notifications box, but I don’t know HTML colour codes, what do I do?

How do I set a custom user title?
On your Profile management page (Menu tray > My Profile), under User Title, you'll see a pair of links to toggle you between Preset and Custom. Click "Custom" and enter your desired title! Then, just save your changes.
How much larger can my signature tag be?
Subscribers get 300 x 60 pixels, as opposed to the usual 300 x 30 px.
